The Sustainable Property Fund will undertake transactions both directly and in joint venture with investment and development partners.

Regeneration
Regeneration – Projects will pass the initial regeneration screen if they are located in an eligible local authority (measured using the Index of Multiple Deprivation) and where Bridges Ventures can utilise its experience in investing in these locations to identify and implement management initiatives to enhance returns.

Environmental
Environmentally sustainable buildings – Projects that are capable of demonstrating leadership and innovation incorporating environmental technologies and achieving excellent standards of sustainability.

Sectors
The fund invests in all UK property sectors and will actively consider transactions relating to tenant-led development opportunities, mixed-use schemes, healthcare, student accommodation, business space and housing projects.
