A £65m student-led development opportunity in partnership with Chancerygate Asset Management. Construction is due to start summer 2010 with completion scheduled for early 2012. The development will house 339 student rooms, 9 private apartments and a supermarket of 13,000 sq ft. The site is located in an important regeneration area in Zone 1, between Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations, providing easy access to London Metropolitan University and convenient transport links to other London universities.
