A joint venture to provide equity for a series of highly sustainable, pre-let care home developments in partnership with specialist healthcare developer, Castleoak. Terms have been agreed for the first 3 sites with construction of the first to commence in autumn 2010. The care homes will be pre-let to one of the UKs most established care home operators, Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited, on 35 year FRI leases with annual RPI based rental uplifts.
