Chill Factore has won the 'Access for All' category in the Manchester Tourism Awards 2010 and was placed in the top three for two additional categories.

The judging panel commented: "All Chill Factore staff undertake disability awareness training which includes role playing as a visitor with access needs. The venue works very closely with Disability Snowsport UK and provides adaptive skiing tuition with dedicated instructors. We commend them for their work with charity disability groups across the North West".

Chill Factore was also nominated in the top three for the Tourism Experience of the Year award and Jodie Finnegan, Guest Service Manager, was shortlisted in the top three for Outstanding Customer Service from a very large number of entries.

Stephen Evans, Chief Executive of Chill Factore, commented 'I would like to thank absolutely everybody involved with Chill Factore for their contribution to this achievement. It is your continued hard work, dedication and focus on guests that has allowed us to win this award and it was a phenomenal achievement for Jodie to be placed in the top 3 against very tough competition. It was an extremely successful evening. My congratulations to everybody'.

The event was held on the 27th May at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester. Chill Factore will now go forward to compete in the North West Tourist Board Awards as the Manchester winner.
