Appraisal
We will review your business plan. If it is of interest, we will contact you to arrange to meet your management team.
Approval
If we believe your social enterprise may be suitable for investment, we will proceed with formal due diligence.
Completion
If we are satisfied with our due diligence, we will approve the investment, finalise the legal aspects, draw up contracts for you to sign and arrange the advance of capital.
