Appraisal
We work with a wide range of UK property advisers, regional property companies and developers to source and evaluate new opportunities and to implement the fund’s investment policy.

The Bridges Ventures property team has significant experience in both direct acquisitions and structuring joint venture arrangements and funding with partners.

The team is able to undertake an efficient and quick initial screening of acquisition opportunities and has an investment process which has been designed to enable detailed analysis and rapid decision making.

Approval
Transactions which meet the fund’s financial and regeneration and / or environmental criteria are submitted to an Investment Committee comprising individuals who have long term property and financial experience. The Committee meets regularly to ensure that all opportunities may be evaluated promptly.

Completion
Following approval and completion of due diligence and funding arrangements, commercial terms are finalised and legal exchange / completion takes place.
